Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must be able to handle cost control, BOQs, site measurements, and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors for high-end residential and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and update BOQs and cost estimates
• Take accurate site measurements and verify quantities
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Prepare comparison sheets and negotiate pricing
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers
• Track project budgets, expenses, and material costs
• Prepare invoices, variations, and final accounts
• Ensure all quantities and costs align with project drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out QS works (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of ID drawings, joinery, loose & fixed furniture, and finishes
• Excellent command of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
