Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

We're looking for a sharp, experienced, and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background in interior design and fit-out, with strong UAE experience (minimum 3 years), and a degree in Quantity Surveying. We’re looking for someone who is quick-witted, resourceful, and can independently manage suppliers, subcontractors, and project-related issues with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review provided BOQs and verify accuracy against design and scope
• Handle post-contract commercial activities for awarded projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and review quotations
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and value engineering options
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations for compliance with scope and project requirements
• Prepare and follow up on payment applications and certifications
• Monitor variations and change orders, and ensure proper documentation
• Support the commercial closure of projects, including final accounts
• Maintain updated commercial logs and provide input for financial reporting
• Assist in maintaining project cash flow tracking for management use

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the commercial project lifecycle, especially for office spaces
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, subcontractors, and budgets independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills — fast thinker, solution-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions without constant supervision
• Familiar with local market rates, procurement practices, and contractual matters
