Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit Out)

Location: Abu Dhabi City

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi with a strong background in interior fit-out projects.

• Hold a relevant professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent, with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven background in interior fit-out projects including commercial offices, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces.
• Experienced in the full tendering process, preparing and issuing tender documents, evaluating subcontractor bids, conducting tender analysis, and negotiating and awarding contracts.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
• Manage project budgets and cost plans throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Carry out valuations, interim payment assessments, and final account settlements.
• Administer contracts under standard forms such as FIDIC, JCT, or NEC.
• Provide commercial advice and cost reporting to project managers and clients.
• Apply value engineering principles and support risk management processes.
• Proficient in relevant QS software and industry-standard tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
