Quantity Surveyor - Interiors

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage Project and its process till the end, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports, as well as managing contracts, procurement, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, (BOQ) Special in interior project for Commercial and Residential (both).
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress payments.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to align financial and technical aspects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligation.

Qualification:
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in the relative field.

• Education: BS Tech/DAE (Civil)
• Job Types: Full-time.

Pay: Rs50,000 - Rs60,000 per month.
