Quantity Surveyor _ Interiors( BOQ)

Role: Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Summary: Responsible for accurate quantification of construction works based on drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates, and supporting tender documentation. Key Responsibilities: * Quantification: Measure and calculate quantities for all project components (e.g., civil, structural, architectural) from design documents. * Documentation: Prepare detailed BOQ documents suitable for tendering and contract purposes. * Estimation: Assist in preliminary and detailed cost estimations. * Support: Collaborate with procurement and design teams to ensure accurate material and scope definition. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. * Proficiency in measurement software and relevant standards (e.g., CESMM, SMM7). * Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
