Quantity Surveyor- Marble

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for marble and stone works based on drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing, evaluate quotations, and prepare cost comparisons.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare monthly valuations and progress certificates.
• Conduct site measurements, verify executed quantities, and coordinate with site engineers for approvals.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts in alignment with contract terms.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and commercial requirements specific to marble works.
