About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with electrical systems, and an excellent understanding of MEP estimation practices within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate pricing.
• Support pre-contract functions including risk analysis, tender evaluation, and technical clarifications.
• Liaise with design, engineering, and procurement teams for cost-effective solutions.
• Use estimation software, AutoCAD, and Excel to generate and manage project data efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in MEP estimation.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and materials.
• Proven expertise in tendering, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
