Quantity Surveyor MEP - MRF 25082

Job Requirements:
Reviews the constructed quantities on the site.

Reviews the contractors' invoices and certifies payments. Assesses the contractor's claims.

Prepares necessary correspondence in respect of financial issues after consultation with the Senior Resident Engineer.

Studies the financial impact of prospective change orders prior to their initiation.

Reports to Senior Resident Engineer on changes in Contract Price resulting from change orders and actual executed quantities. Eva to evaluate materials on site for the purpose of the payment certificate.
