Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for marble works
• Handle variation orders, claims, and contractual financial submissions
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier invoices related to marble and finishing works
• Support project teams in cost control and budget monitoring
• Review project drawings and site measurements for accuracy
• Assist in preparing interim and final account statements
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for claim validation
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in marble, stone, or interior finishing projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and financial claims
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
