Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) – Civil Works

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects, with strong knowledge of post-contract administration, cost control, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all post-contract activities related to civil works.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and assist in contract administration.
• Support project teams in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and company standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments to resolve contractual issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE of relevant experience in post-contract roles within civil construction.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
