Quantity Surveyor - Post Tender

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and understand the contract, tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and drawings post-award.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor project cost reports and forecasts to ensure budget control.
• Evaluate, certify, and process subcontractor payments in line with contractual agreements.
• Assess and prepare variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works executed on site.
• Support in negotiation and settlement of contractual disputes with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare interim payment applications to the client and follow up on certification/payment.
• Maintain updated records of all contractual correspondence, claims, and agreements.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide timely and accurate commercial reports to management.
• Assist in the final account preparation and settlement at project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Post-tender QS experience in landscape and swimming pool projects.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
