Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Walk-in Interview

Time: 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

(Please bring your updated CV, a copy of your degree, and driver’s license (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
• Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project costs and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Conduct site measurements and prepare interim payment applications
• Track project variations and assist in the preparation of variation orders
• Review contract terms and assist with contractual claims
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Prepare project closeout documentation and final accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in construction, with strong UAE experience being mandatory
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CCS Candy, CostX preferred)
• Solid understanding of UAE construction practices, market rates, and regulations
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local contractual procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

• High-rise building experience in Dubai construction field: 2 years (Required)
