QUANTITY SURVEYOR ( QS)

We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze project estimates, budgets, and cost plans
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Monitor and control project costs and expenses
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Ensure compliance with company and legal standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Contracting Company in UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and legal regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
