Quantity Surveyor (QS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating variations, and ensuring accurate cost control throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost breakdowns for construction projects.
• Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications, variations, and claims.
• Conduct cost control, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
• Perform site measurements, quantity take-offs, and material analysis.
• Assist in preparing contracts, tenders, and bids.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QS experience in contracting or construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
