Quantity Surveyor QS

The role involves managing all costs associated with building and civil engineering projects from the initial estimate to the final account.

The Quantity Surveyor will ensure that projects are completed within the agreed budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

This position requires close coordination with the Projects Head, site teams, and various stakeholders to monitor progress, prepare cost reports, and evaluate variations.

The QS will be responsible for preparing and reviewing BOQ, tender documents, and payment applications, as well as verifying subcontractor claims and ensuring cost control measures are implemented effectively. Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to safeguard the company’s financial interests are essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to timely and accurate reporting, effective negotiation, and proactive problem-solving to support the successful delivery of our projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
