Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer

[Linion Contracting Company] announces a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to work within the project team.

Location: Jazan, Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities and abstracts.

• Review and inventory completed work and match it with plans and contracts.

• Monitor and analyze costs in line with the project budget.

• Prepare periodic financial and technical reports for management.

• Coordinate with the design and implementation teams to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering.

• At least 4 years of experience in the same field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
