Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Landscape

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for a large-scale landscape project in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for landscape works

Handle interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts

Measure works executed on site and verify subcontractor invoices

Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow

Coordinate with Project Engineers, site team, and contracts department

Assist in claims, variations, and cost control

Maintain proper commercial records and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years UAE experience, preferably in landscape projects

Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation works

Experience with FIDIC-based contracts is an advantage

Proficient in Excel and quantity surveying software

Good communication and reporting skills

Availability:
