Quantity Surveyor (QS) – MEP

The QS is responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, variation handling, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off for MEP items from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Analyze rates, prepare cost estimates, and support tendering activities.
• Track project costs, budgets, and cash flows.
• Prepare valuations, monthly bills, and progress claims.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements.
• Identify variations/changes and prepare VO claims and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reconciliation reports (materials, labor, subcontract).
• Support procurement through technical and financial evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma + QS certification.
• 2–7 years of QS experience in MEP construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, tendering, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
