Role Summary

Lead the Contracts & Procurement (C&P) function for all Civil, MEPF, and Infrastructure projects—covering tendering, contracting, procurement planning, vendor management, governance, and cost control. Ensure all processes follow FIDIC standards, corporate SOPs, and ISO guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts & tenders as per FIDIC/IS standards.

  • Implement Annual Procurement Plan; drive strategic sourcing and vendor development.

  • Ensure transparent tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, and procurement governance.

  • Monitor procurement schedules, material logistics, and contract performance.

  • Lead SOP creation, ISO-aligned process compliance, audits, and CAPA management.

  • Support budgeting, rate analysis, value engineering, and cost control.

  • Maintain dashboards: Contract Register, Risk Register, Procurement MIS.

  • Coordinate with Design, PM, Quality, Finance, consultants, and vendors.

Required Experience & Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Electrical); MBA/NICMAR/RICS preferred.

  • 15-18 years in Contracts, Procurement & Commercial Management (Real Estate/Infrastructure).

  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, tendering norms, claims & contract administration.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/MM/Oracle).
