Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and specifications for road/highway projects
- Measure quantities for earthworks, asphalt, concrete, drainage, kerbs, interlocks, etc.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Prepare interim payment applications and client billing
- Verify subcontractor invoices and certifications
- Handle variations, claims, and contract administration
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms (FIDIC or other forms)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
