We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator with strong experience in Civil and MEP projects.

The ideal candidate should have UAE project exposure in infrastructure, roads, utilities, commercial, industrial, and building construction projects. Candidate must be capable of handling cost estimation, contract administration, tendering, claims, variations, and commercial management independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQ, estimation, and cost planning
• Tender analysis, evaluation, and contract administration
• Handling payment applications and payment certifications
• Review and evaluation of variations, claims, and EOT
• Quantity take-off from drawings and site
• Cost control, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Contractual correspondence with clients and contractors
• Procurement coordination and commercial evaluation
• Preparation of commercial reports and cost comparison reports
• Final account settlement and project closing
• Coordination with Civil and MEP teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 10+ years experience as Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator
• Strong experience in Civil & MEP projects
• Experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, industrial, and building projects preferred
• Knowledge in FIDIC contracts, tendering, claims, and contract management
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
