Quantity Surveyor – Site QS

Position: Site Quantity Surveyor (Site QS)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Site Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team for a tower project. The Site QS will act as the representative of the Head Office QS department and will be responsible for full cost control, payment processing, quantity monitoring, and technical support. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling the project independently.

Project Scope:

• Tower Project
• Must be able to handle the project independently

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in Qatar as a Site QS
• Strong experience in high-rise or tower projects
• Sound knowledge of cost control, variations, claims, and payment certification
• Ability to work independently and manage site QS activities single-handedly
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
