Role Summary:

Falakhome is hiring a Site Supervisor (Quantity Surveyor) to manage daily site activities, check quantities, verify contractor work, and ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site work and ensure tasks are completed as per drawings.
• Measure quantities and update BOQs regularly.
• Verify contractor bills and work completion.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Technology or relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in site supervision / quantity surveying.
• Ability to read drawings and measure quantities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
