Quantity Surveyor (SOE & Dubai Municipality)

Our commitment to innovation and excellence has positioned us as a leader in the industry, and we are now seeking a skilled and certified Civil Engineer to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Certified Civil Engineer with a_ Dubai Municipality certification_ and a valid Society of Engineers license. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects as a Project Engineer, overseeing all stages from planning to completion, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, design, and execution in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or deviations from plans in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure the work meets established standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and documentation as required.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Dubai Municipality certification is mandatory.
• Valid Society of Engineers license is required.
• Proven experience (5 years) in civil engineering and project management, preferably with work experience in landscaping or interior projects.
• Experienced in managing project, project timelines, weekly invoicing of project, costing of project and quantity estimations and pricing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction practices.
• Can gain approvals in Dubai Municipality, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES and all property developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Degree attested.
• DM APPROVED CARD HOLDER
• Valid Society of Engineers license is required.
• Has UAE Driving License for site visits
