• A Quantity Surveyor (Back Office) specializing in Subcontractor Management handles the financial and contractual aspects of managing subcontractors, including negotiating terms, preparing bills, tracking costs, and verifying work performed, all from an office setting to ensure projects remain on budget and are delivered efficiently. Key responsibilities involve cost estimation, budget planning, preparing subcontractor bills, and maintaining cost reports. The role requires proficiency in construction software, a strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications, and excellent negotiation and organizational skills
