We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a strong background in construction, fit-out, and joinery projects across the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimation
• Experience in Civil Construction, Fit-Out & Joinery Projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, and rate analysis
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs from drawings and project specifications
• Manage tendering and pre-contract estimation activities
• Analyze material and labor costs and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare unit rate breakdowns and project cost reports
• Ensure competitive and accurate tender submissions
