We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Accountant to manage our financial operations effectively. If you are detail-oriented and have a strong grasp of international finance, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with modern accounting SaaS applications (QuickBooks Online)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management
• Generate accurate financial reports and statements
• Handle multi-currency transactions (USD & CAD)
• Ensure compliance with HST, GST, and other tax regulations
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS-Excel (Advanced Level)
✅ Strong financial reporting and analytical skills (Power BI, Zoho Analytics)
✅ Experience in international finance & taxation (HST/GST)
✅ Knowledge of enterprise-grade SaaS ERP systems such as Salesforce, Zoho One, or similar
✅ Excellent English communication and organizational skills
✅ Strong knowledge of Canadian taxation and bookkeeping (Trucking industry experience is a plus)
