Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA Inter or CS at DS Solutions Private Ltd., located in Chandigarh, India. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing financial reconciliations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling company secretarial tasks, and performing internal audits. Additionally, the role involves assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of financial reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and internal auditing
• Understanding of statutory requirements and company secretarial tasks
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
