QuickBooks Expert / Bookkeeping Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
  • Maintain and update general ledger
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Generate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
