Quickbooks Expert For Deployment

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Specialist to manage and deploy our retail outlet’s sales system online, ensuring seamless integration and functionality via a secure server. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks software, retail operations, and server deployment, along with experience in troubleshooting and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and deploy a comprehensive retail sales system using QuickBooks, ensuring all sales data is accurately recorded and accessible online.

• Implement server-based integration for real-time sales tracking and reporting.

• Manage daily sales data entry, invoicing, and inventory tracking within QuickBooks.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.

• Train staff on using the system efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain the integrity and security of financial and sales data.

• Generate detailed financial and sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks in a retail environment.

• Strong understanding of server-based deployment and online sales tracking.

• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory and sales management.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to software deployment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train others.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling financial data.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks and retail system deployment.

Location:

• On-site work required.
