QuickBooks Implementation Specialist

DL & Associates, LLC is looking for a QuickBooks Implementation Specialist for its business expansion. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and enthusiastic in accounting software application use and willing to learn new technology and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Remote/onsite support to QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central accounting systems.
• On-boarding ERP accounting systems to QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central including data conversion, etc.
• Consult and advise customers with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central, bookkeeping questions, or issues
• Provide QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central go-live and post-go-live support including balance sheet, P&L, inventory adjustment, etc.
• Train users on the use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central software and configure QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central software to the customer’s specifications.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Desktop Proadvisor preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central support is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree.
• One year of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is preferred.
• With a business degree school or account background is strongly preferred
• Team player
• Time management, multi-tasking, and adapting to priority changes is a must
• Must be willing to occasionally work after business hours or weekends for support
• Must be a fast, self-motivated learner and problem solver
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.

This position is neither a bookkeeping role nor an IT support role

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
