QuickBooks Implementation Specialist

DL & Associates, LLC is looking for a QuickBooks Implementation Specialist for its business expansion. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and enthusiastic in accounting software application use and willing to learn new technology and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Remote/onsite support to QuickBooks accounting system.
  • On-boarding ERP accounting systems to QuickBooks including data conversion, etc.
  • Consult and advise customers with QuickBooks, bookkeeping questions, or issues
  • Provide QuickBooks go-live and post-go-live support including balance sheet, P&L, inventory adjustment, etc.
  • Train users on the use of QuickBooks and configure QuickBooks software to the customer’s specifications.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Desktop Proadvisor preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree.
  • One year of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is preferred.
  • With a business degree school or account background is strongly preferred
  • Team player
  • Time management, multi-tasking, and adapting to priority changes is a must
  • Must be willing to occasionally work after business hours or weekends for support
  • Must be a fast, self-motivated learner and problem solver
  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.

This position is neither a bookkeeping role nor an IT support role

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
