Quickbooks Reconciliation and Reporting

Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant to support the accounting and reporting needs of multiple businesses. This role will be responsible for reconciling bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks, matching and coding transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing accounting tasks across multiple entities with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks
  • Match, review, and properly code transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
  • Help organize financial information across multiple businesses
  • Identify discrepancies and follow through to resolution
  • Support general bookkeeping and light accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior bookkeeping and/or accounting experience required
  • Strong QuickBooks experience required
  • Experience reconciling multiple bank and credit card accounts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple entities efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
