Quote Specialist

WE ARE HIRING ! Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, and Outbound Destination Quote Specialist We are seeking a proficient and experienced Quote Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quotations for our travel products and services in the regions of Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, as well as outbound FIT and Group packages.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and provide accurate and timely quotations for customers

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services in designated regions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing

- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers as needed

- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer bookings

- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Quote Specialist or similar role in the travel industry

- In-depth knowledge of travel products and services in Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, and outbound FIT and Group packages

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
