Operations and Pricing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations and Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in the shipping industry within the UAE, specifically with experience in NVOCC operations. A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management is essential.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to shipping and logistics.
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Manage customer relations and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Analyze cost management and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets.

Qualification & Experience:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the shipping industry within the UAE, specifically in NVOCC operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in customer relations and team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications such as Certified International Shipping Specialist (CISS) and Hazardous Materials Transportation are preferred.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets.
