Quran Memorization Teacher (Arabic Speaker and Female Only)

Job Overview:

Athar Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Qur’an Memorization Teacher to support students in memorizing the Holy Qur’an and improving their recitation according to proper Tajweed rules. The ideal candidate should be patient, engaging, and experienced in teaching students of different ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Qur’an memorization (Hifz) using structured and effective methods
• Guide students in correct recitation and application of Tajweed rules
• Prepare individualized memorization and revision plans
• Conduct regular revision sessions (Muraja’ah)
• Monitor student progress and maintain records
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress
• Use interactive and age-appropriate teaching strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching Qur’an memorization
• Strong knowledge of Tajweed rules
• (Preferred) Memorization of the Qur’an (Hafiza) or holding an Ijazah
• Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED75.00 per hour
