About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with real estate experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence by creating visually compelling marketing materials across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, and company profiles to showcase real estate projects and services effectively.
• Create engaging social media content (posts, carousels, stories, reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop company branding materials including business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and presentation templates.
• Design advertisements, banners, and signage for both online and offline campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Prepare real estate presentations, investor decks, and pitch materials.
• Edit and enhance property images for listings to maintain high-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and branding strategies.
• Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and bring innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate experience is mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a real estate company or property-related branding.
• Own visa is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Knowledge of web design and basic UI/UX principles is a plus.
