WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Our Product Line Manager II sits within the Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs and Federations) team and reports into the Director, Global Apparel Football ROW. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Operations, Sports Marketing, and the broader Apparel Product Creation team. The function drives process excellence and delivers innovative, high‑performance product for the world’s best clubs, federations, athletes, and consumers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Product Line Manager II to join our Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs and Federations) team. An ideal Product Line Manager II is a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence and phenomenal attention to detail. This person brings strong organizational skills, a drive to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment. A passion for serving the consumer is essential.
This role requires someone who partners effectively with diverse teams and supports the business by creatively solving problems. The Product Line Manager II will help drive process and strategy alongside the apparel product creation team, supporting delivery of the most innovative and high‑performance product in the industry while also enabling compelling retail assortments for consumers. Analysis of current business—including bookings and sell‑through by channel, country, geography, style, and color—is an expected part of the role.
What you bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product‑related role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines with precision
Passion for or interest in Global Football (Soccer) is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Have a global sense of awareness. (Knowledge of current world events. Respect and appreciation for other cultures)
Strong work ethic; takes the initiative and is proactive
A sense of curiosity and an eagerness to learn
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (efficient in Keynote, Miro, PPT, Adobe Suite and Excel)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs and Federations) team across all aspects of the product creation process. You’ll help ensure accuracy, alignment, and momentum from brief through final product approval while keeping teams connected and on track.
In this role, you will
Partner with Product Management and cross‑functional triad teams (Merchandising, Design, and Technical Design) throughout the product creation process
Support Game Plan execution by preparing for meetings, managing pre‑reads, setting up samples, documenting outcomes, and recapping decisions
Own clear and accurate communication, including tracking and communicating changes to triad partners and key stakeholders
Manage product creation workflows through strong data management and collaboration across teams
Ensure data accuracy in key tools and documents, including Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro boards, and change logs
Organize, track, and manage samples throughout the development process
Learn and apply business analysis skills, partnering with the Category Information Analyst to confirm accuracy in MMX systems, including costs, pricing, and forecasts
