Job Specification:

• Required candidate is responsible for leading teams in the operation, maintenance, and construction of water treatment plants or associated well-drilling (well-boring) operations.
• Supervise daily operations of RO plant equipment and well-boring activities.
• Coordinate drilling teams, maintenance staff, and operators to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot R.O. machinery, high-pressure pumps, filtration systems, and well-boring equipment.
• Enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations strictly, often including conducting toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Monitor water quality, system pressures, and flow rates to optimize production, as noted in.
• Prepare daily reports on work progress, water quality, equipment status, and site conditions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience as a foreman, technician, or engineer in a water treatment plant (RO) or in well-drilling projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of RO plant operations, reverse osmosis membranes, water chemistry, and well drilling techniques.
• Leadership: Strong supervisory and team management abilities.
• Communication: Proficiency in English for reporting and team coordination.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in outdoor, often remote environments, especially during drilling projects

Salary: AED6,000 plus AED500 Food Allowance

Pay: AED6,000.00 per hour
