R040 SUPERVISOR - ROTATING EQUIPMENT

Supervisor Educational Requirements: • Fluent knowledge of English language (Speak, Read and Write). • Three years’ technical engineering degree/diploma in mechanical engineering (polytechnic/HND) will be preferred • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field Job Description (but not limited to): • Ability to carry out independently overhauling, alignment & trouble shooting of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, Centrifugal and reciprocating Pumps, Gear Boxes, Belt Conveyors, Screw conveyors, Vibratory screens, Pneumatic Conveying System, Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power packs, Hydraulic cylinders etc. • Ability to read drawings and instructions, to install/remove, overhaul rotating equipment or parts. • Ability to read mechanical components and structural drawing. • Ability to set, align and install/remove rotating equipment or parts. • Possess Basic knowledge of maintenance of EOT Cranes, Crane Hoist, and crane components. • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems, and to request required spare parts. • Understands and apply plant HSE standards and maintenance procedures while performing work. • Ability to work with SAP will be advantage. • Support Maintenance and REs in reviewing and validating critical spares, which involves data verification, SAP work, and coordination with maintenance and WH teams. • Spares identification and BOM verification, or SAP data review activities
