Radio Optimization Engineer.Access Network Development

Job Purpose

To optimize the radio network to have the optimum performance through standard guidelines in alignment with the department objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in RF Optimization. Very good computer skills (Specially Ms Excel & Access). Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point. Good experience in drive test tools as TEMS. Very Good in Arabic & English, reading, writing, & oral.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Experience in all RF functions (planning, optimization, capacity planning, and indoor design). Good experience in in-building design. Good knowledge and experience in Visual Basic and Macro creation. Skill to develop software tools. Previous experience with local mobile operator. Young, energetic, and physically fit. Good negotiation skills.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

GSM system overview training course (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, & UMTS). Soft skills training courses (time management & technical writing).

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Parameter tuning and system features training course. Advanced parameter tuning and system features training course. HSPA techniques training course. Soft skills training courses (communication skills and presentation skills).
