We are seeking a talented and passionate Radio Producer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our on-air content.

Job Summary: The Radio Producer is responsible for the end-to-end production of radio programs, ensuring a seamless and captivating experience for our listeners. This role involves generating and developing content ideas, coordinating with presenters and guests, overseeing technical aspects, and ensuring all broadcasts meet our high standards. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Generate, research, and pitch fresh and impactful ideas for show segments, features, and special programs.
• Show Production: Plan and coordinate all aspects of live and pre-recorded broadcasts, including scheduling interviews, sourcing guests, and writing scripts and show rundowns.
• Audio Production: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools) for audio editing, mixing, and post-production to create polished, broadcast-ready content.
• On-Air Support: Work closely with presenters, reporters, and technical staff to ensure the smooth execution of shows.
• Guest & Contributor Management: Source, book, and brief guests and contributors, ensuring their participation enhances the show's quality.
• Audience Engagement: Manage and integrate audience feedback and user-generated content into programs, and assist with show promotion on digital and social media platforms.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all content is accurate, complies with media laws and station policies, and maintains high journalistic integrity.
• Technical Oversight: Manage the logistics of equipment setup and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts or recordings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radio Producer or in a similar media production role, preferably in a broadcast environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of audio production tools and digital broadcasting technologies.
• Creative Mindset: A proven ability to think creatively and produce innovative and engaging content.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current events, trends in media, and the local market in Dubai and the UAE.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
