Job Title: Radiology / CT Technician
(Also known as: CT Scan Technician / X-Ray Technician)

Reporting To: Consultant Radiologist

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and responsible Radiology / CT Technician to operate X-ray and CT scan machines and assist in diagnostic imaging procedures. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge, follow radiation safety protocols, and ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray and CT Scan machines as per hospital protocols.
• Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Follow strict radiation protection and safety guidelines.
• Assist the Radiologist during contrast and special imaging procedures.
• Monitor patients during CT contrast studies and report any reactions immediately.
• Maintain imaging records and update reports in the system.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of radiology equipment.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging Technology.
• Valid registration with State Medical Faculty / Council (if applicable).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in X-ray and CT preferred.
• Freshers with strong practical CT training may also be considered.

Required Skills:

• Good technical knowledge of X-ray and CT imaging.
• Understanding of radiation safety standards.
• Ability to handle contrast procedures carefully.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts as per hospital policy, including emergency duty if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
