Compensation:

  • $24.93–$33.59/hr (up to $36.15/hr for 15+ years of experience)

  • Shift Differentials: $3.25 Nights | $2.00 Weekends | $2.00 Evenings | Holidays: Time & 1/2

  • Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

  • Relocation: Case-by-case consideration

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Radiologic Technologist to join a collaborative, fast-paced imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations while maintaining strict safety standards and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

  • ARRT credential required.

  • Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

  • No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate, high-quality X-ray examinations as ordered, following ALARA radiation safety standards.

  • Prepare and transmit diagnostic images to radiologists for interpretation.

  • Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and capture patient history as needed.

  • Assist with patient care activities, including mobility support, transfers, specimen collection, and exam preparation.

  • Maintain clean, well-stocked imaging rooms and ensure readiness for daily clinical operations.

  • Transport patients as needed to support workflow efficiency.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines related to radiologic services.
