Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Imaging:
- Interpret and report on a variety of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic imaging modalities.
- Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and quality of all radiological images.
- Work with other healthcare providers to recommend further tests or follow-up procedures when necessary.
- Patient Interaction:
- Provide consultation to referring physicians regarding radiological findings and patient treatment plans.
- Ensure a compassionate and patient-centered approach, particularly in evening hours when patient anxiety levels may be higher.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Communicate findings promptly and clearly through written reports, electronic health records (EHR), or verbal communication with the referring physician.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to NABH accreditation standards, following the highest quality and safety practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance service delivery.
- Emergency Handling:
- Provide radiology expertise in emergency or critical care situations during the evening shift, including trauma cases and urgent diagnostic needs.
- On-Call Support:
- Be available for on-call consultations, including urgent radiological interpretation or guidance when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- MBBS, followed by an MD in Radiology or DNB Radiology from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a practicing Radiologist, with experience in both routine and emergency radiology.
- Certification & Licenses:
- Valid Medical License to practice as a Radiologist in [State/Country].
- NABH-related certifications (if applicable).
- Skills:
- Expertise in interpreting X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, Ultrasound, and other diagnostic imaging modalities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and referring doctors.
- Proficiency in Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).

Pay: ₹110,989.11 - ₹241,650.47 per month
