Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Radiologist to join our team and lead the diagnostic imaging function with accuracy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting and interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, supporting clinical decision-making, and ensuring the highest standard of reporting and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, and MRI where applicable.

· Provide accurate and timely radiological reports to assist referring physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning.

· Supervise radiology technicians to ensure imaging quality and adherence to protocols.

· Participate in regular clinical meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.

· Ensure that all imaging procedures are conducted in compliance with professional standards, safety protocols, and institutional policies.

· Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, findings, and reports for audit and quality assurance purposes.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of radiology services, including introducing best practices and quality control measures.

· Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior radiology staff when required.

· Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold the ethical and professional standards expected in medical practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

· MBBS with postgraduate qualification in Radiology (FCPS / MCPS or equivalent).

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably in a hospital or reputable diagnostic center.

· Proven expertise in image interpretation and reporting for general radiology, ultrasound, and cross-sectional imaging.

· Strong understanding of imaging protocols, patient safety measures, and equipment maintenance.

· Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a patient-focused attitude.

· Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
