Key Responsibilities

• Interpret advanced radiological images with precision and clinical insight.
• Supervise radiology registrars and train junior team members.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety, and radiation protection protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians for patient management decisions.
• Report and discuss findings in tumour boards and clinical meetings.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and prioritisation of imaging studies.
• Lead departmental audits, research projects, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting guidelines.

Skill & Experience

• Expertise in cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) and diagnostic radiology modalities.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Leadership skills in mentoring registrars and managing radiology staff.
• Ability to conduct audits, research, and teaching activities.
• Proficient in report writing, PACS systems, and medical informatics.
