Thomas Jefferson University Hospital seeks a highly qualified and experienced Body Division Lead of Radiology. The successful candidate will oversee the Cardiothoracic, MRI, CT, and Ultrasound programs within the division. This role involves working closely with technologists to optimize and align protocols across these modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight Duties:
    • Oversight of Program Directors for Cardiothoracic, MRI, CT, and Ultrasound programs.
    • Collaborate with technologists to ensure protocol optimization and harmonization.
    • Participate in equitable shift coverage, including nights and weekends, while managing faculty scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Teaching Responsibilities:
    • Provide daily clinical supervision and mentorship to residents and fellows during readouts and conferences.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary conferences with clinical sub-specialties.
    • Educate medical students rotating through the Department.
  • Clinical Duties:
    • Collaborate with physicians across the enterprise to optimize patient outcomes
    • Optimize operations to decrease TAT across the division
    • Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient care.
    • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
