What You Will Do

• Interpret high-quality MRI studies, providing accurate, timely, and patient-centered reports
• Offer expert consultations and guidance to referring physicians and clinical partners across Shields’ network of outpatient imaging centers and partner hospitals
• Collaborate closely with technologists, nurses, and administrative staff to support efficient, patient-focused operations
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring providers to enhance care coordination and diagnostic excellence
• Participate in peer learning, quality assurance, and ongoing professional development
• Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment committed to clinical quality and service excellence

What You Bring

• Board Certification or Eligibility with the American Board of Radiology
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology preferred, but not required
• Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
• Proven experience interpreting MRI studies and managing a balanced case load
• BLS Certification and a commitment to compassionate, accurate care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
