ABOUT RADISH

Radish operates employee dining programs for some of the most recognized companies in

the Bay Area, partnering with Michelin-starred chefs and local culinary talent to bring

genuinely good food and hospitality into the workplace. We hold high standards on both the

culinary and hospitality side, and we invest in the people who help us maintain them.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time, front-of-house position at a San Jose account. You'll be the face of the

Radish dining experience, setting up service stations, keeping the dining area polished and

running smoothly, and interacting directly with guests throughout service. This role is for

someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in the details.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Set up and break down dining stations and service areas before and after each service

● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining environment throughout the

shift

● Serve food to guests in a professional and friendly manner

● Monitor stations during service, restocking and refreshing as needed

● Communicate allergen and menu information to guests accurately and confidently

● Support the culinary team with coordination between front and back of house

● Address guest questions and needs promptly, escalating to leadership when appropriate

SCHEDULE

This is a M-F lunch-focused role with a schedule that follows standard business hours. Shifts

are consistent and set in advance. Nights, weekends, and holidays are rare. For those

interested in additional hours, our events program offers optional opportunities to pick up

extra shifts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

● 2+ years of front-of-house, hospitality, or customer-facing service experience

● Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)

● Strong knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures

● Ability to stand and move throughout a shift and lift up to 50 lbs

● Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours

● Must be willing to complete a background check upon offer of employment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
